The purchase of any tours offered by Qvevri Wine Tours, LLC, constitutes a contractual agreement between you and QWT, LLC, and represents your acceptance of QWT, LLC terms and conditions set out herein. All guests younger than 21 years of age must be accompanied by parents or other adults. Please make sure you have read carefully these terms & conditions prior to your booking.

Tour Pricing

Prices are per person based on double occupancy. We will try to accommodate particular requests, but cannot guarantee them. Single room supplement may be available at an extra cost. Tour prices can change at any time, however, your tour price will be locked once you have paid. No refund will be issued if a guest fails to participate in any part(s) of the scheduled itinerary.

Booking

You may book the tour as an individual or for a group of as many people as the tour’s remaining availability can accommodate. Please note that the listed tour availability site may not be accurate. In such an event, we will notify you promptly, and provide refunds if necessary.

The 7 day cultural wine tour will take place with a minimum of 8 persons. You will be notified at least six (6) weeks prior to the starting date of the tour. In case of cancellation of the tour, you will be fully refunded.

Your booking is processed once we receive the deposit and signed booking form. We will contact you to confirm bookings. All payments are made in US dollars.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel your tour booking, please email contact@qvevriwinetours.com with the same email address you used to book the tour.

You may cancel your booking 60 days prior to the commencement of the tour for a full refund. Cancellations later than this will only be partially refunded. Booking cancellations between 59 and 30 days prior to tour commencement will be refunded 50% of the paid amount. Cancellations between 29 days and 15 days prior will be refunded 30% of the paid amount. Cancellations 15 days prior to the commencement of the tour will not be refunded. In the event QWT, LLC cancels the tour, its only obligation to the participants is to refund all monies collected from the guest for the specific tour.

Health & Dietary Restrictions

QWT, LLC cannot guarantee but will put its best effort to address any allergy, dietary needs, or restrictions. It is necessary that you let us know about your medical or physical restrictions 60 days prior to the trip. Please note that we have no liability to you if such requirements are not met. We certainly regret if we are unable to fulfill a particular request. 

Travel Insurance, Cancellation Insurance and Medical Insurance are all strongly recommended and QWT will not absorb any costs and does not accept responsibility if guests come on tour without these recommended insurances. Medical issues, storage or purchase of medicines and any related medical costs are the responsibility of the client, not of QWT, Llc, Co. We recommend the insurance will cover, amongst other things, the cost of cancellation by you, personal losses, all medical costs and the costs of assistance including return to the country of your origin in the event of an accident or illness. 

QWT reserves the right to refuse to take participants who have not provided all relevant details of any medical condition, disability, or other factors which affect your ability to fully participate in the tour at the time of booking or as soon as any such condition etc. develops, if later. Bookings are accepted on the understanding that participants are aware of possible risk inherent in travel and that they undertake the tours or walks featured in our tour description, on that basis. It should also be noted that as you travel outside of US, UK and the EU, the general levels of comfort and services are lower than would be found in the US, UK and the EU. It is essential that you understand the nature of the trips we offer and that you are able to participate in all the activities included in your chosen itinerary. 

Note: We regret that this itinerary cannot accommodate wheelchairs or motorized scooters. Likewise, we are sorry that we are unable to provide individual assistance to guests with walking disabilities or other personal needs. The responsibility of the tour director/guide who accompanies you cannot be relayed upon to provide individual assistance to any guests that require it. Guests requiring such individualized assistance must be accompanied by a person who can provide such an assistance.

Guest Conduct

When you book a tour with QWT, Llc. Co., you accept responsibility for the proper conduct of your party. QWT, Llc. Co. reserves the right in its reasonable discretion to terminate the tour of any member of your party whose conduct is disruptive or detrimental to the enjoyment of other guests, or whose conduct may affect the tour in any other negative way. In that situation, QWT, Llc. Co. shall have no further responsibility or liability to you.

Liability Disclaimer

QWT, Llc. Co. does not own or operate vehicles, accommodations and services connected to the trip, therefore, the participant agrees that QWT, Llc. Co. and/or its’ representatives shall not be liable for any direct or indirect, punitive, incidental or consequential damage, accident, loss (including personal injury, death and property loss) or expense occasioned by any act or omission of any supplier providing services. 

QWT, Llc. Co. is not liable for bodily injury or property damage as a result of (but not limited to): physical exertion for which a guest is not prepared; forces of nature; travel by plane, train, auto, boat, bicycle, horseback, foot, or other form of active travel; consumption of alcoholic beverages; civil unrest; terrorism; etc. QWT, Llc. Co. reserves the right to make route and hotel modifications as necessary to improve the quality of a trip or to accommodate the comfort and well-being of guests. QWT, Llc. Co. and its representatives accept no responsibility for any damage due to change in schedules or services, or any other cause beyond their control. QWT, Llc. Co. reserves right to cancel or change itineraries. 

Your driver will be waiting for you at the airport or your confirmed pick up point at the confirmed arrival time that you provide. Rest assured we will pick you up regardless when you arrive. However, the tour cannot be delayed because of your late arrival. You will be able to join the tour at its’ scheduled location and time. If extra transport hours or additional transfer services (beyond the confirmed itinerary) are incurred during the tour due to the guests’ request, they will be billed directly. NOTE- you can protect yourself against any eventuality by purchasing full insurance.

Photography

The guest of the trip permits QWT, LLC to take photographs, videos, testimonials of participants for its own commercial use without compensation to participants.

Included in the Tour

English speaking guide, accommodations in hotels based on double occupancy, all meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner), all winery visits and wine tastings, one bottle of wine for two guest per dinner, ground transportation from/to airport to hotel and tour destinations, all fees or tickets for cultural events or historical and cultural site visits.

Not Included in the Tour

Air or land transportation to the destination, gratuity for drivers, travel insurance, any personal expenses, meals or drinks not included in the tour, telephone calls, room service, any other costs not specified in the finalized Tour itinerary or elsewhere in writing.
